After approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and agreement from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, “China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Imp. & Exp. Corp.” has officially changed its name to “China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corp.” (“COFCO” for short).

　　COFCO is not changing either its rights and obligations or its scope of business operations with this name change.
